Reselling code of conduct
DEFINITIONS
"Tritium" refers to services and software provided by ESMRSTech (operated by DurRud).
"Reseller(s)" refers to an "individual" or "business" that's third-party to Tritium.
Terms: "Customer(s)" or "User(s)" refers to individual(s) purchasing from a Reseller(s).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a. Reseller(s) are required to keep their keys secure. In the event a key is leaked, Tritium will not provide replacements or refunds.
b. Tritium will not refund keys in the event of fraud (such as chargebacks) and will not provide financial or legal assistance to Reseller(s).
c. Reseller(s) are responsible for ensuring that the customer receives a working, redeemable key.
d. Customers assume all risks when utilizing a reseller's services. Tritium will not provide compensation in the event of fraud or other disputes.
RESELLER - PURCHASE OF BULK-KEYS
a. All sales are conducted in crypto-currency with no exceptions.
b. All sales are final, no refunds, or swapping keys.
c. Violating our code of conduct will result in all of your keys being disabled and no refunds will be given.
RESELLER - SELLING PRICE
a. Minimum selling price must be current regional retail price.
b. Maximum selling price can only be 100% of current regional retail price.
RESELLER - ALLOWED UP-CHARGE RANGES
Maximum up-charging refers to how much more expensive the product is vs retail price.
a. Fiat currency (card payments)
Maximum up-charge: 30%
b. Fiat currency (PayPal/Skrill/CashApp)
c. Crypto-currency
d. Virtual items (Such as game skins or crate keys)
e. Bank tranfers (ACH/Wire)
Maximum up-charge: 30%
Can make the Customer pay the Wire Transfer fee.
RESELLER - RESTRICTIONS
a. Resellers are forbidden from forcing Customers to purchase configs, scripts, or auxiliary services to acquire the core product. The standalone product must always be an option.
b. Total cost rule: The maximum up-charge applies to the final checkout price. Reseller(s) may not bypass caps by adding seperate "handling," "processing," or "gateway" fees.
c. Exchange Rates: Currency conversion from the base retail price to local fiat must use mid-market rates (e.g., Google Finance). Artificially inflating exchange rates to bypass caps is a violation.
d. Resellers may not sell keys to other resellers. Key sales must be for Customers only.
RESELLER - REQUIREMENTS
a. Regional locked keys can only be sold to those who are within those regions. Resellers are required to use reasonable means to verify.
b. If reselling a product that is invite-only / private. Resellers must verify that the Customer is able to redeem and use the product.
c. The payment methods you offer must be legal.
RESELLER - TERMINATION
The Reseller account will be disabled along with all keys. No refunds will be given.
