DEFINITIONS - "Tritium" refers to services and software provided by ESMRSTech (operated by DurRud). - "Unauthorized actions" include, but are not limited to: reverse engineering, tampering, bypassing security measures, hardware ID spoofing, and using Tritium to aid other cheat software development. 2. LEGAL COMPLIANCE - Use of Tritium is governed by the laws of the United States. Users must comply with all applicable laws. 3. RESTRICTIONS You may not use Tritium for: - Esports tournaments or competitions. - Any activity with potential monetary rewards. - Advertising or distributing: pornography, gore, political content, malware, or hacking tools. 4. REVERSE ENGINEERING AND SECURITY - Tritium employs automated detection and manual review to identify unauthorized actions. - Users found performing unauthorized actions may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned without notice. 5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES - Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and ensuring compliance with this TOS. - Due to the nature of the privacy focus of the platform, account recovery is not possible and the users all responsibilities in ensuring access. 6. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY - Tritium may collect usage logs or other system information to enforce this TOS. All data handling is subject to the ESMRSTech Privacy Policy. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - Tritium is provided "as is." ESMRSTech is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the service. 8. TERMINATION - ESMRSTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of this TOS. 9. AMENDMENTS - ESMRSTech may update this TOS at any time. Continued use of Tritium constitutes acceptance of changes. 10. REFUNDS - The product "Tritium" is a digital product license, all sales are final once the key is generated/delivered. 11. ANTI-DETECTION CLAIMS - Tritium does not guarantee undetection from anti-tampering/anti-cheat software. PRIVACY POLICY - Website * We do not store cookies, hence the reasons why we ask for login details for every action on the website. - General operating system logging for example: * systemctl * journalctl * These logs exist on the basis of default settings on Debian. - Sensitive data-including passwords, MAC addresses, and unique Windows installation IDs-is hashed locally on the client before transmission; only the hash is sent to the servers. - Accounts inactive for 180 days or more are automatically deleted, including any active subscriptions. - Usage logs may be collected to enforce the Terms of Service but will not include unhashed sensitive data. - Data that is not considered sensitive or privacy-violating may be transmitted as-is from your computer to the servers. Such data includes: * Hardware component names (logged along with HWID). * Current logged-in Steam ID (if retrievable; not logged by default, but may be accessible via OS I/O systems). * Game server IP addresses and other player SteamIDs on the server (used for abuse prevention and cheat detection). - We do utilize standardize encryption when you login to the loader or perform on action on this website. * Passwords are processed in volatile memory only. Once its use is complete, the memory address containing such data is zeroed out and freed to prevent any memory-dump extraction.
