1. DEFINITIONS

"Tritium" refers to services and software provided by ESMRSTech (operated by DurRud).

"Unauthorized actions" or "Unauthorized action" include, but are not limited to: reverse engineering, tampering, bypassing security measures, or unauthorized modification of system identifiers for the purpose of bypassing our hardware id lock.

2. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Use of Tritium is governed by the laws of the United States. Users must comply with all applicable laws.

3. RESTRICTIONS

Users may not use Tritium for:

a. Activities involving unauthorized interference with third-party software.
b. Distribution of malware, hacking tools, or illicit content.

4. REVERSE ENGINEERING AND SECURITY

a. Tritium employs automated detection and manual review to identify unauthorized actions.
b. Users found performing unauthorized actions may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned without notice.

5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and ensuring compliance with this TOS.
b. Due to the nature of the privacy focus of the platform, account recovery is not possible and the user(s) assume all responsibilities in ensuring access to their account.

6. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

Tritium may collect usage logs or other system information to enforce this TOS. All data handling is subject to the ESMRSTech Privacy Policy.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Tritium is provided "as is." ESMRSTech is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

8. TERMINATION

ESMRSTech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of this TOS.

9. AMENDMENTS

ESMRSTech may update this TOS at any time. Continued use of Tritium constitutes acceptance of changes.

10. REFUNDS

The product "Tritium" is a digital product license, all sales are final once the key is generated/delivered.

11. COMPATIBILITY

ESMRSTech does not guarantee persistent compatibility with third-party software environments or operating system updates.

12. REGIONAL PRICING

Regional pricing is designed to keep our products affordable across different markets. To prevent abuse and exploitation, the following protection measures are enforced:

a. Eligibility: Regional discounts are strictly restricted to verified, non-hosting, non-VPN, and non-abusive IP addresses. We reserve the right to lock regional pricing to localized payment methods specific to that region.

b. Adjustments: Regional pricing configurations and discounts are mapped by regional codes and updated manually. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market or currency fluctuations.

c. Prohibited Activity: The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund:

Utilizing regional discounts for the purpose of commercial resale.
Purchasing regional keys to redeem or distribute on behalf of users outside that specific region.

PRIVACY POLICY

a. We do not store cookies, hence the reasons why we ask for login details for every action on the website.

b. Sensitive data is hashed locally on the client before transmission; only the hash is sent to the server(s).

c. Usage logs may be collected to enforce the Terms of Service but will not include unhashed sensitive data.

d. Current logged-in SteamID (Not logged or stored in the database, but may be acessible via OS I/O systems).

e. Accounts with an expiring subscription that have not been active for more than one year will have their account deleted 30 days after their subscription expires.

f. Accounts with a lifetime subscription that have not been active for more than two years will have their account deleted.

Logging into your account on the website or loader will reset the deletion timer.

Passwords are processed in volatile memory only. Once its use is complete, the memory address containing such data is zeroed out and freed to prevent any memory-dump extraction.

THIRD-PARTY: DISCORD

Discord is a third-party platform we 'may' utilize for our service(s).
We may analyze your IP address and browser before generating a code, this information may be stored in general OS system IO logs for a period of time if logged.

Storage: Your IP address is salted and sha256 hashed and is stored in relation to the access code you get on the web-page.
When you use the code on our Discord server, it disables the code and your Discord account receives the role. We collect ZERO information in relation to your Discord account.
